Key Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
Manage incoming calls and route them appropriately
Maintain organized front desk operations, including mail and package handling
Provide general administrative support to attorneys and staff
Maintain a tidy and professional reception area
Assist with scheduling, document handling, and office tasks as needed
Qualifications
Prior front desk, receptionist, or administrative experience
Professional and polished demeanor
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask and manage a busy front desk environment
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working a full-time schedule
